Huncamunca

The daughter of Arthur and Queen Dollallolla in Henry Fielding’s parody The Tragedy of Tragedies (1730).

She loved the diminutive warrior Tom Thumb, to whom Arthur betrothed her. This enraged Lord Grizzle, another of her suitors.

In the original play, Tom Thumb, Grizzle kills Tom Thumb’s ghost, for which Huncamunca kills him; in the revised Tragedy of Tragedies, Huncamunca slays Cleora, her maidservant. Doodle, one of Arthur’s courtiers, kills Huncamunca in return.
