A king who ruled the Castle of the Most Ill Adventure (Castel of the Hevy Sorrow) in the Norse Ivens Saga.

To save his own life, he pledged thirty maidens per year to a giant named FjallsharfirYvain slew the giant and saved him from the pledge.

The character appears unnamed in Chrétien’s Yvain.
