Destrigales

“Right Wales”
Destregales, Estregales, Testregeis

Chrétien de Troyes names it as the land of Erec and his father, Lac. It’s capital was Carnant, which may be Caruent in South Wales. In later romances, Erec’s land is Nantes.

The name “Destrigales” literally means “Right Wales,” probably indicating South Wales.
