White Abbey of the Nuns

Blance Abbaye, Blanche Abbaye de Nonains

Lancelot sends a damsel to Queen Guenevere and spends the night with another damsel at the White Abbey. The Vulgate calls her “la uielle damoisele” which means “the old lady.”

The cousin of Lancelot takes the veil to escape from Guerrehes.
