1. Marius

      A first-century King of Britain in Geoffrey’s chronicle. He succeeded his father, King Arviragus.

      During his reign, he fought the Picts under Sodric in Scotland, but still bestowed Caithness on them. He was succeeded by his son, Coill.

    2. Marius Lepidus
      Maris, Maus

      One of the Roman senators who became a war leader in Lucius Hiberus’s campaign against Arthur. He led a force of soldiers at the battle of Soissons and was killed there.
