Dundevenel

Dundonald

A church founded by Saint Monenna after Arthur's victories over the Pagans.

On the west coast of Scotland, on the Firth of Clyde, a few miles north of Ayr, is a small island. A little north of this island is a small, pointed peninsula. A little north of this peninsula is the mouth of the River Irvine. If an isosceles triangle were drawn using the coast from the peninsula to the river's mouth as one side and the Irvine as another side, Dundevenel would be roughly in the middle of the base line between the peninsula and the river's curve, slightly closer to the river.
