Hir

    1. Hir Amreu

Attendant of King Arthur invoked by Culhwch.

    2. Hir Atrym
      Hiratrwm

      The brother of Hir Erwn.

Mentioned in the story of Culhwch and Olwen, the two brothers were said to have gigantic, insatiable appetites, which meant they would eat all that was provided for them and, still being hungry, would then leave the land bare as well.

When they went to a feast they left neither fat nor lean, hot nor the cold, neither sour nor the sweet, fresh nor the salt, neither boiled nor raw.

    3. Hir Eiddyl

Attendant of King Arthur invoked by Culhwch.

    4. Hir Erwn
      Hirerwm

      The brother of Hir Atrym.

Notes
Hir means 'long'.
