Hunting

    1. Hunting Causeway

The route between Cadbury Castle and Glastonbury that, local Somerset legend says, King Arthur rides each Christmas Eve in the company of his knights. Usually he remains invisible except for the glint of silver horse shoes, but the sounds made have reputedly been heard by many people.

This legend is obviously a variant of the much older legend of the Wild Hunt that occur throughout the ancient Celtic lands.

    2. Hunting Knight

A son of the King of Gascony used this alias when he came to Arthur's court to learn valour and all the various aspects of chivalry.

    3. Hunting Maiden
      Damoiselle Cacheresse

The alias adopted by Niniane or Nimue during her first visit to Arthur’s court, when she was abducted by a knight and rescued by Pellinore.
