A Knight of the Round Table.

He fought in the Roman War and was wounded by the King of Libya. He joined Agravain and Mordred's plot to expose the affair of Lancelot and Guenevere by trapping the two lovers in the queen's chamber. Lancelot killed Ascamore in the ensuing battle.
