Diarmaid

Tristan’s (Tristram) counterpart in Irish legend.

Diarmaid, under the influence of a love potion, fell in love with Grainne, the wife of his uncle Finn. Diarmaid and Grainne eventually fled from Finn’s court. Finn pursued them.

They remained celibate at first, but eventually succumbed to their desires.
