Margan

   According to Geoffrey of Monmouth, a king of Britain in the third or second century BC.

   He was the son of King Arthgallo. He succeeded his cousin King Regin, ruled in tranquillity, and was succeeded by his brother Enniaun.

   Maagant, Magrant, Magriat, Margaat

   A Saxon king of Ireland, slain by Arthur’s Sir Sagremor (Sagramore) at the battle of Esterbury.

   He is probably identical with Maaglant.

   Brother of the giant Durkan and Ulian. They all served Lord Karedoz of Malmontan, and they were slain by Sir Tandareis.
