Remus

King of Rome, according to an unpublished Italian romance that tells how he, Uther and Troiano once again made the Trojans the rulers of Troy.

In all probability he is the Remus who features in classical Roman mythology as the brother of Romulus, and the co-founder of Rome and the Roman Empire.
