Sorhaut

Malory mentions this in I:

a city that hight Sorhaute, the which city was within King Uriens' [land].

This would put it in Gore.

The Vulgate, however, seems to put Sorhaute in Sorelois, Duke Galeholt's favorite subkingdom. Malory may be mistaken about placing it in Uriens' hands, or he or his immediate source may have confused the name Sorhaute or a variant thereof with Gohorru (Gaihom), the capital of Gore. I would put Sorhaute in Surluse.
