Titilius, Tutillius

A Roman knight and nephew of Lucius the Roman in the Vulgate Merlin.

Prior to the Roman War, Arthur sent an envoy to Lucius to discuss possible peace terms. Titilius, who was present, laughed at the Britons’ empty threats. Gawain swiftly beheaded Titilius, and the Roman War was underway.
