Old

    1. Ty Gwydr

      Literally, a glass house.

The dwelling of Merlin was thought to be one and it was said to be on the Isle of Bardsey in Gwynedd.

    2. Ty-newydd Standing Stones

These stones in Dyfed are also called Cerrig Meibion Arthur, 'Stones of Arthur's Sons'. Traditionally the stones are a monument of Arthur's sons who were killed whilst hunting.

Notes
Ty generally means a house, a dweilling-place, but in Welsh it occasionally is used to mean a church or place of worship, such as Ty Ddewi, St. David's.
