A list of knights found in the Welsh work Pedwar Marchog ar Hugain Llys Arthur, which dates from about the fifteenth century or earlier. In the tradition of the Triads, the warriors are separated into eight groups of three. The full list include:
- Golden-Tounged Knights | Gwalchmei, Drudwas and Eliwlod
- Virgin Knights | Bwrt (Bors), Galath (Galahad), Peredur (Percivale)
- Knights of Battle | Cadwr (Cador), Lanslod (Lancelot), Ywaine
- Enchanter Knights | Menw, Trystan (Tristan), Eiddilig the Dwarf
- Royal Knights | Nasiens (Nascien), Medrod (Mordred), Howel (Hoel)
- Just Knights | Blaes, Cadog, Pedrog
- Offensive Knights | Morfran, Sanddef, Glewlwyd
- Counselor Knights | Cynon, Aron, Llywarch
As with the rest of the Triads, this list betrays some influence of the French romances but also preserves elements from authentic Welsh tradition.
