Karedoz, Karidos
The giant lord of Malmontan and Mermin in Der Pleier’s Tandareis and Flordibel, probably modeled (and named) after Caradoc, the giant slain by Lancelot in French romance.
Karedos commanded an army of robber knights who attacked unsuspecting knights traveling through the land. He was slain by Tandareis, who assumed control of his lands.
