Margalant

Margalaunt, Morgalant, Murgalant

An evil Saxon or Saracen king.

With a number of other kings, he invaded Britain shortly after Arthur assumed the throne.

His forces countered with Gawain and his young companions at the battle of Diana Bridge, and Gawain killed him there.
