Selyf mab Smoit

Son of Smoit. He is on the court list in Culhwch and is probably identical with Selyf from Powys.

The name is possibly referring to a king of Powys, Selyf mab Cynan, who lived in the seventh century. He is found in several genealogies and the Triads as one of the Three Battle Defenders of the Island of Britain.
