Arthur’s Quoit

Arthur’s Stone

Arthur was alleged to have thrown a great number of quoits in different parts of the country.

There isn’t a widely known location specifically called “Arthur’s Quoit” in Cornwall, but there are various Neolithic and Bronze Age structures, such as stone circles and standing stones, scattered throughout the region. Some of these may have local names or legends connecting them to King Arthur.
