Duke Galeholt built this castle on a rock washed by a tributary of the Assurne River, which bordered his kingdom of Surluse. He intended it to be his place of coronation and Arthur’s prison, and he never entered it in sorrow without leaving it in joy.

After he became Arthur’s man, however, l’Emprise Orguellouse crumbled to pieces.
