A palace visited by the Red Cross Knight after he was seduced by Duessa, an evil witch. It’s queen was Lucifera, and her counselors were the seven deadly sins.
The Red Cross Knight encountered Sansjoy, the brother of a knight he had slain, named Sansfoy. Sansjoy and the Red Cross Knight met in single combat, but when the Red Cross Knight seemed to be winning, a black cloud carried Sansjoy away.
