“Island of Sein”
This island is situated in the Atlantic Ocean, in the Bay of Audierne, off the western coast of Brittany.
According to a legend, Merlin was born on Île de Sein to a noblewoman named Aldan and an otherwordly spirit, often associated with the sea. Merlin’s supernatural abilities and wisdom were said to be influenced by his mysterious parentage.
