Six stones erected by Merlin across Britain. Each had a series of prophecies written on it.
- Located in Lyonesse.
- Cornwall | Tristan and Lancelot battled.
- Logres | The sword drawn by Galahad at the beginning of the Grail Quest was fixed in this stone.
- In the Perilous Valley.
- In the Dark Valley | Tristan and Lancelot’s second fight.
- North Wales | Tristan and Lancelot had a third combat here.
One of these latter stones appears in an Italian cantare as the Rock of Merlin.
