Honorius

Latin: Flavius Honorius Augustus
Born: 9 September, 384 AD
Died: 15 August, 423 AD

The fifth-century Roman Emperor of the Western Empire, who ruled in 395 to 423. He was born in Constantinople as the second son of Theodosius I, at whose death the empire was divided between his sons Arcadius and Honorius, the latter, then only ten years old, receiving the western division. He died, aged 38, in Ravenna, Italy.

The Roman Emperor during Arthur’s war with Rome, according to one French source. Lucius was his general. In most sources, the Emperor is Leo or Lucius himself.

An historical Emperor Honorius ruled Rome in the late fourth and early fifth centuries.
