The son of the Duke of Cornwall and brother of lady Phenonee.
He was one of Arthur’s knights. He heard that Hermondine, the daughter of the King of Scotland, would marry the knight who was the victor in a series of tournaments. Meliador traveled to Scotland and killed Camel, one of Hermondine’s suitors.
He was victorious in a tournament at Roxburgh against over fifteen hundred knights, and he was able to marry the princess.
