The father of Gwynn ap Nudd. It is also a shortened and popularised version of Gwynn ap Nudd’s name.
Nudd is probably identical with the early Romano-British deity Nodens. Nodons is also euhemerized in Llud, who is the father of Gwynn’s bride Creiddylad (Creiddyledd).
