Bwlch-y-Saethu

According to Welsh legend, Arthur was killed with arrows at this pass in SnowdoniaNorth Wales, whither he had pursued his enemies after a battle at Tregalen. When he fell, his men went to a cave called Ogof Lanciau Eryri where they had intended to wait until he came back.

A shepherd was once thought to have gained entrance to the cave and seen them there. He found them armed with guns!
