Two entries with the name Thoas.
Thoas
He was a young knight when he fought in the Noauz tournament, which Lancelot won. His shield was made in London and bore two swallows in flight.
Any firm identification with King Thoas of Ireland seems unlikely, especially considering that Chrétien also has the (unnamed) King of Ireland’s son fighting in the same tournament.
